Sempreviva Sea Houses is under the management of Yannis & Hélène.
Hélène, originally from France, has a deep connection to Kythira through her grandfather, and she passionately embraces her Kythirian heritage. Having relocated to Greece, she ensures to dedicate substantial time to the island.
Yannis, Hélène's husband, hails from Athens but was captivated by Kythira's charm and authenticity during his initial visit. Since then, he proudly considers himself a Cerigoti by adoption.
Motivated by their love for the island, they established Sempreviva Sea Houses with the aim of enhancing the experiences of both first-time visitors and regular guests, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
